How much does it cost?

Your initial discussion is complimentary and obligation-free. If your request requires paid work, we’ll explain what we can do and the price before we start.

Do you receive commissions from suppliers?

No. We work for you, not the supplier. We don’t accept commissions or referral fees simply for referring you to a business. This helps us remain independent.

Do you provide the actual services?

No. Get Melbourne Sorted is a research, comparison and coordination service. We help find suitable providers, but you choose who you want to use and generally pay that provider directly.

Can I contact you for help with a parent or relative?

Absolutely. However, the person who engages Get Melbourne Sorted is responsible for our fee. We will only arrange for someone else to pay where both parties have expressly agreed in writing beforehand.

What if what I need isn't listed?
